Eric Snyder has broad experience as a Human Resource professional and management consultant gained through thirty+ years of business experience and sixteen years of management consulting in both the private and public sectors. 

His employment experience includes work as an HR executive for a major defence contractor and a wide variety of generalist and specialist roles in the HR organizations of major Canadian corporations, including: Canada Trust, Inco Limited, Kidd Creek Mines. 

Mr. Snyder has provided consulting services to organizations in both the private and public sectors since 1986.  Projects have included: comprehensive pay equity plans, corporate internet strategy planning,  development of sophisticated training/tracking systems, group Internet training, and one-on-one executive coaching. 

Since 1994, Mr. Snyder has been active in advising client organizations on strategic use of the Internet. A trailblazer for trainers on the Internet, he is the creator of the Training & Development Resource Centre - an important focal point on the Internet for T&D professionals. 

Eric's firm - STE, Inc. - also helps organizations and individuals strategize on using the Internet to broaden their global reach. He has provided Internet training to over 500 people, and has developed training products such as "The CyberTeam Advantage"; and "Internet Literacy for Executives". 

Eric is a 1967 graduate of the University of Manitoba.
